Mar. 10th, 2010 02:13 pmAnnja was sitting crosslegged on her bed, skimming the news on her Usenet groups and puzzling over the phone message Roux has left her earlier in the day.
"You must learn to accept what is beyond your power to change, child," Roux had said. "You cannot save the world."
She really wasn't sure what that was supposed to mean, but he had also e-mailed her some links that she thought she should check out. The more she read on the newsgroups, the more she realized that she was probably about to be led by the sword and Roux on another mission to save something from humanity's history.
She wondered if Sean -- or any one else for that matter -- would be interested in taking a trip to Peru with her...
